At Barber Supplies, we stand by the quality of our professional tools and grooming products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the unused tools and a copy of your packing slip into the original shipping box to ensure products are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned equipment, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
